This blood panel includes:

-Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

-Reverse T3

-Free T3

-Free T4

-Anti-Thyroglobulin antibodies

-Anti-Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies

Order Instructions:

1) Purchase “Thyroid Panel Complete” here.

2) You will receive an email from info@intuitivenutrients.com requesting your date of birth and phone number.

3) The requisition will be entered into the LabCorp system.

4) You will receive an email with the requisition attached as a pdf.

5) Take a copy of the requisition to any LabCorp location for your blood draw.

6) This is a NON-FASTING test.

7) You may make an appointment through LabCorp’s website or by calling the LabCorp location of your choice.

8) You may also go as a “walk-in”.

9) After the blood draw is completed, the results will usually be available in 2-3 business days.

10) Intuitive Nutrients will email your results to the email provided when you placed your order.
